The big counter with fresh fish that look like they just jumped out of the sea. The bread looks as if it came – freshly baked – from the 19th century when people made their own bread. The food is simply delicious in its simplicity.
Don’t expect molecular cuisine (bwèik!) but real food where the freshness of the products and the exquisite skills of the kitchen elevate the dish to another level.
