A lot of people told us about this place and they were right, this is a gem in Antwerp. Small and cosy Scandinavian decor, young and friendly staff and definitely a michelin star food experience. We went there for lunch and had some amazing dishes: oysters with sauce Hollandaise, watercress and edible flowers on jackknife clams, a somptouos pumpkin concoction, a great fish dish we can’t recall, and some other starters. The food was so good we forgot to take notes, sorry about that!
The chef, Dennis Broeckx, is part of the Flanders Kitchen Rebels, who are the best chefs in Flanders under 35 and he already gets a 14/20 in the Gault & Millau (apparently the reviewer from Gault & Millau didn’t have the same experience as we had and needs to go back)
