If you go to the corner of Campo de’ Fiori, you’ll find a small bakery. You cannot miss it, because the closer you come, the more people you’ll see standing on the square, enjoying their simple pizza wrapped in brown paper.
On the right side of the entry door, you can watch them kneading the long strips of pizza dough, putting them in the oven and then transferring them to the shop.
It might be a bit crowded in the shop, but it is worth waiting.
Try the Pizza bianco, it might seem a ‘basic’ pizza, but without many ingredients, they created an explosion of real Italian taste.
And be aware, because before you realize, you have bought other food or biscuits too. It all looks delicious. And so does it taste.
